Winter Fun in New Jersey!

The holidays are over – wondering what to do now? Don’t get stuck inside, there are tons of things to do outdoors in New Jersey this winter! Sledding, skating, snow tubing – take your pick and beat the winter blues!

Lace up your skates and head over to an indoor ice rink, such as Aspen Ice Flemington and Skylands Ice World. Or, in Hackensack, head over to the Ice House Skating Rink – the largest facility of its kind in New Jersey, including four regulation-size NHL rinks. For an outdoor skating experience, bring your family to the Winterland Ice Skating Rink in Glassboro – enjoy shops and entertainment as well!

If sledding or snow tubing is your idea of winter fun, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with Mountain Creek in Vernon, NJ! At Mountain Creek, the whole family can enjoy both skiing and snow tubing, complete with the Drop Zone snow tubing park with 20 lanes!

For our local Sharbell residents, Banchi Outdoor Adventues, in Mercer County, is a great destination for all kinds of snowy adventures!

Haunted Hayrides in West Windsor

Get ready for the scariest hayride of your life at Windsor Farm Market. The 45-minute ride takes you through the farm’s haunted woods. Every 10 minutes, wagons leave the yard. The hayrides begin at dusk. Mom and Dad must accompany children ages 5 through 12. At night, children under 5 are not allowed on the haunted wagons. Princeton Ghost Tour

They say Princeton is haunted. Find out, on this special Halloween event by Princeton Tour Company. The Downtown Ghost Hunt & Cemetery Visit is an opportunity to see the campus of Princeton University and its surroundings with real ghost hunters and their authentic equipment.
