It’s always exciting when we open a new community and we meet our first homeowners – today, we couldn’t be happier to announce that our very first residents have moved into their new homes at Springside!

We are happy to announce that, following our grand opening weekend in October, our Springside at Robbinsville community now has a selection of new homesites for sale! Our new community offers both single-family homes and townhomes and is conveniently located on Gordon Road in Robbinsville.  The community’s first homeowners have moved in this month and we are excited to welcome more homeowners into our community as the winter progresses.

You don’t have to be Italian to enjoy the Mercer County Italian American Festival! It runs all weekend (Sept. 25, 26 & 27) at Mercer County Park on Old Trenton Road in West Windsor. CBS New York has named it one of New Jersey’s top fall festivals – and for good reason! There is so much to do, from craft tents to bocce games, live entertainment, dancing, amusement rides, fireworks Saturday night, Sunday Mass, and of course – tons of delicious Italian food to enjoy.
